6) Orders & Payment

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address you provide. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping costs may apply.

8) International Orders, Duties & Customs
For cross-border shipments, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.

9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return window: within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

Hygiene exceptions: for safety and regulatory reasons, opened cosmetics and opened dietary supplements are not returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
